It's no coincidence that the poorest countries are the most corrupt. There are rich rulers in every nation. Rulers must be held accountable for the foreign aid they receive. It is common knowledge that they just deposit the aid offshore in their own personal accounts for vacationing in the south of France. Haiti will be abjectly poor 100 years from now with all its aid money stolen as usual. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. It’s no coincidence that the poorest countries are the most corrupt.
